These terms govern enrolment, participation in programs, use of learning materials, and access to theSkillUp facilities and website.
Scope of Services
Program Delivery: The Centre provides educational coaching, tutoring, and mentoring services as described in the specific course brochure or enrolment form.
Modality: Classes may be delivered in-person / online / hybrid as specified at the time of registration.
Schedule Changes: We reserve the right to alter class timings, assigned faculty, or batch sizes with reasonable prior notice.
Fees and Payment Terms
Fee Structure: You agree to pay the fees as per the selected course plan. All fees must be paid in full or according to the agreed-upon instalment schedule prior to attending classes.
Late Payments: Failure to pay instalments by the due date may result in a late fee or temporary suspension from attending classes.
Taxes: All applicable government taxes are added to the fee amount at checkout.
Cancellation, Rescheduling, and Refund Policy
Refunds: All registration fees and tuition fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Absences: If a student misses a scheduled class, the Centre is not obligated to provide make-up sessions or fee credits.
Batch Transfers: Requests to transfer to a different batch or course must be submitted in writing and are subject to availability and an administrative fee.
Code of Conduct
Behaviour: Students are expected to maintain discipline, punctuality, and respect towards faculty, staff, and fellow students.
Zero Tolerance: Bullying, harassment, cheating, academic dishonesty, or vandalism of centre property will result in immediate termination of enrolment without a refund.
Parental Responsibility: For students under 18, parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring the student's timely drop-off and pick-up.
Intellectual Property
Ownership: All study materials, notes, recordings, question banks, and software provided by the Centre are the exclusive intellectual property of the Centre.
Restrictions: You may not copy, distribute, record, resell, or share any course content with third parties without explicit written permission.
Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers
No Guarantees: The Centre provides high-quality guidance, but does not guarantee specific academic results, exam scores, ranks, or employment outcomes. Success depends on the student’s own effort and merit.
Liability Cap: To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Centre’s total liability for any claim arising out of these terms shall not exceed the total fee paid by the student for the specific course.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate your access to our services immediately, without refund, if you breach any core provision of these Terms of Service.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangalore/Karnataka/India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore.
